As the seasons turn and the light softens, we come together to honour this powerful threshold with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath. Ceremonial cacao — revered by the ancient Mayans as the 'Food of the Gods' — gently opens the heart and quiets the analytical mind, inviting you to journey inward. From this tender, expanded space, you are bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, dissolving tension, releasing what no longer serves, and resetting the nervous system at a cellular level.
